LMFT
I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person, recognizing the connection between our minds, bodies, relationships, and daily lives. As a therapist with advanced training in trauma treatment and a holistic perspective on well-being, I draw from somatic, polyvagal, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches to support women through the many transitions and challenges life brings. My goal is to offer practical tools, meaningful insight, and a compassionate space where you can better understand yourself, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been overlooked while caring for everyone else. Therapy is about supporting the human experience and helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and well.
