MFT-I
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy. I work from a trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based perspective, helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” what is broken, but about reconnecting with inner resources, values, and resilience that may feel out of reach during difficult seasons.I have experience supporting immigrants, multicultural individuals, parents, and clients balancing multiple roles and stressors.
My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and parts-informed work, while always prioritizing safety, collaboration, and compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
