LaJuana is an energetic, results-oriented, mental health professional with over 20 years of experience in mental health, wellness, and productivity.
She is a native Detroiter currently residing in Phoenix, AZ with undergraduate studies completed at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor where she studied psychology and organizational behavior. She completed her graduate studies at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology earning a Masters in Clinical Counseling along with doctoral work in Organizational Psychology and Business School. Her clinical expertise is founded in a results-driven and integrative approach that includes counseling, coaching and education.
She specializes in anxiety, depression, executive skills and ADHD coaching, addressing interfering behaviors impacting day to day functioning and productivity. Some of her other theoretical integrative approaches include DBT, Short-Term Solution focused, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered.
She is dedicated to serving the clients with Daylight dedicated on empowering individuals for change, assisting with their developement, monitoring and tracking their progression, while ultimately helping facilitate a path of prosperity in life, health, and relationships.
