Su is a Licensed CPC-Intern with a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Child and Adolescent Development. Her passion lies in walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery, and strives to ensure that each person walks away feeling seen, heard, and valued.
Throughout her career, she has approached her work through a cognitive behavioral lens, emphasizing evidence-based practices and the power of a strong therapeutic alliance. She believes in creating a space rooted in unconditional positive regard, where clients can feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
She has experience supporting individuals facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, attachment disorders, and more. Her goal is to meet each individual where they are and collaborate to develop a path forward that aligns with their values and personal goals.
