Tejal received her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, graduating near the top of her class. With a diverse professional background spanning family advocacy, healthcare, and higher education, she is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s transitions, stress, and challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding. Tejal believes in the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. She provides a warm, supportive, and structured space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical tools to manage life's complexities. Drawing on her experience as a Family Coach and Advocate, she partners collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build resilience, and cultivate greater well-being in their everyday lives. At the heart of Tejal’s work is the belief that every individual’s story, identity, values, and experiences are unique. She approaches care through a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural humility, recognizing that meaningful support begins with understanding each person in the context of who they are. By tailoring her approach to meet clients’ individual needs, strengths, and lived experiences, Tejal strives to ensure that every person feels genuinely seen, heard, respected, and empowered on their journey toward growth and wellness.
